Can teens have true love? It is possible, and depends on the maturity of the individuals. The majority of the time, what you are feeling is passion, not true love. Normally, the more experience a person has, the more likely they are able to love true. Figure being in your 20's before the maturity and experience is there for you to feel true love. True love, consists of passion, commitment, and intimacy (meaning ability to share that which is most personal to you, like thoughts and feelings).

Can relationships last? Odds are against it. Enjoy the relationship and learn from it. For the relationship to last, there has to be total commitment on both sides to making the relationship last. NOTE: Different cultures will have a different effect on how early people can handle commitment. In the USA, it is not likely that a teen relationship will last, and about 50/50 that an adult relationship will last.
Hints: First, be loyal and committed to the person you are with when you are in a relationship. Don't be a player or cheater. Being either one of those will hurt the chances you have of having good relationships later. If things die down with your feelings for the other person, and you don't feel the same and want to be with someone else, end the relationship. Then you can go out and be with others.
Second, pay attention to the person you are with's feelings. Communicate with them, talk with them, be open with them.
